• Creshel Hill

    Creshel is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor degree in Family Science and Social Work. She has also received a Master of Counseling degree from Idaho State University.

    Creshel is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid facilitator. She has experience facilitating family education classes and has spent significant time working with teens in the school system. She specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions and adjustment challenges. Creshel utilizes Shame-Resilience, CBT, DBT and play-therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

    When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and growing family as well as being outside feeling the warmth of the sunshine

  • Rachel Ostermiller

    Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Idaho and her Master of Social Work degree from Northwest Nazarene University.

    Rachel is trained in postpartum depression and anxiety treatment.

    Rachel enjoys traveling across the globe with her husband, spending her days outdoors with her children and her golden retriever, and baking and reading mystery novels.

  • Jordon Ostermiller

    Jordon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho and the degree of Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University.

    He is trained in Solution-Focused (Brief) Therapy (SFBT) and is pursuing internationally recognized certification in SFBT from the International Association of Solution-Focused Training Institutes (IASTI). When not in the office, Jordon likes to exercise, read, and spend time with family and friends.

  • Elizabeth Dummar

    Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from the University of Idaho and her Master of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University.

    Elizabeth prefers to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enjoys working with couples in marriage counseling, doing play therapy, helping those with anxiety, and working with pornography addictions.

    In her personal time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, coaching cheer, and being a soccer mom. She also loves music.

  • Jocelyn Hobbs

    Jocelyn is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work degree from Northwest Nazarene University.

    She specializes in perinatal mental health. She enjoys working with children and teenagers. Jocelyn focuses on person-centered evidence-based treatments that include Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Jocelyn is certified as a QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper.

    When not at work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her four young children and husband, playing volleyball, and reading.

  • Mark Hobbs

    Mark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from Northwest Nazarene University.

    He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. He enjoys working with people of all ages, including those with developmental disability. He also works well with young adults as they work through life changes. He also enjoys marriage and couple’s therapy.

    He values his profession as a mental health counselor and believes that it allows him to further his goal of becoming a better person. When not in the office, Mark likes to spend time with his family, engage in sports, ride roller coasters, and go hunting.

  • Peter Pieper

    Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

    He specializes in couple/family relationship issues. Other areas include depression/self-esteem, anxiety, structural, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Meditation Therapy.

    In his free time, Peter enjoys family time, sports, hunting and fishing, and recreating in the outdoors. He has been married for eight years and has four boys ages four through seven.

  • Tami Saunders

    Tami is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho and a Master of Social Work degree from Boise State University, graduating with honors.

    Tami has experience working in juvenile probation, the school system, and as a mental health professional. Tami has experience working with teens and adults in areas of anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and trauma. She also is trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (a bilateral stimulation therapy), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

  • Spencer Thueson

    Spencer is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University.

    His specialty is trauma informed counseling.

    When not in the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, hunting, camping, traveling, and gaining any new experience that he can.

  • Beth Winegar

    Beth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from BYU Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master of Social Work degree.

    She has worked as a mental health therapist for ten years providing individual counseling to people of all ages. She particularly enjoys working with the teenage population. She specializes in treating survivors of domestic violence, those experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Beth utilizes CBT, DBT, EMDR and SFT modalities to work with clients. Being trained in multiple modalities allows Beth to tailor treatment in a way that meets each client’s individual needs.

    When not working, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors with her family taking advantage of all that our beautiful area has to offer.

  • Heather Pocock

    Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been working as a therapist and educator for over twenty years, earning her degree in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla College.

    She has worked with a diverse client population, providing both long-term and brief interventions. Acknowledging everyone is unique, she implements complimentary methodology and techniques to personalize therapy. Heather is a client centered therapist, looking for innovative ways to empower individuals and families. Providing a safe, accepting, and supportive environment where clients can process and heal is important to her. She is devoted to helping others achieve their potential and live their best life. Experience and further education have covered a broad range, including Trauma, Relationship Challenges, Domestic Violence, Anxiety, Life Stressors, Depression, Behavior, Attachment, Self-image, Grief, Spirituality, Transitions and Parenting.

    Heather describes herself as down-to-earth, having a sense of humor, and compassionate. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

  • Abigail Jones

    Abbie is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University-Idaho and her Master of Social Work degree from University of Kentucky.

    Abbie prefers to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her practice and enjoys working with a variety of clients from young children to the elderly. Abbie strives to make her office a safe place where each of her clients can feel comfortable to open up and work with her to achieve their goals at their own pace.

    When not at work, Abbie enjoys hiking, reading, tennis, traveling, embroidery, and being with friends and family.
